This is a transparent polycarbonate lockout cover with a hinged design, used to enclose and lock electrical panel or switch handles to prevent unauthorized operation while still allowing full visual inspection of the device status

Square / rectangular clear switch or panel cover lockout that mounts over a switch, push button, or selector on an enclosure and then closes to deny manual access.

Once closed, a padlock is placed through the molded eyelets so the cover cannot be opened, ensuring the switch position remains fixed during maintenance or lockout/tagout activities.

- Daily maintenance, adjustment, cleaning, inspection and commissioning for equipment. Enter into the limited space, hot work, dismantling work and so on in the tower, tank, electrified body, kettle, heat exchanger, pumps and other facilities.
