This is a gas cylinder lockout device designed to prevent operation of a cylinder valve during maintenance or when the cylinder is tagged out of service
Molded plastic body that fully covers the gas cylinder valve and stem to block access for opening or closing the valve.
Integral red hasp on top to accept multiple padlocks so each authorized worker can apply a personal lock during LOTO.
High‑visibility safety label on the side indicating “Danger – Cylinder Locked Out” to warn against use and show who applied the lockout.

- When & Where should use LOTO?
- Daily maintenance, adjustment, cleaning, inspection and commissioning for equipment. Enter into the limited space, hot work, dismantling work and so on in the tower, tank, electrified body, kettle, heat exchanger, pumps and other facilities.
- Operation involving high voltage. ( including the operation under the high-tension cable )
- Operation require closing the safety system temporary.
- Operation during maintenance and commissioning of non-processing.
